In a first for photography in southern Africa, C4 Images and Safaris have an exclusive concession to provide dedicated photographic hides at Mashatu Game Reserve, Botswana.

Mashatu is a 36 000 ha reserve well known for its excellent predator sightings and elephant encounters. It is also home to the world known ‘Pete’s pond‘- a waterhole webcam that has given millions of people excellent nature sightings via their computers at home. C4 Images and Safaris now has their own private hides on the reserve from which you can view and photograph your own wildlife sightings.

All these hides have been designed solely by the C4 Images and Safaris’ wildlife photographers. Using the resources of our pro wildlife photographers; our extensive knowledge of African wildlife and a working knowledge of Mashatu since 2005, we have designed the hides to make sure that your every photographic need is catered for. The whole concept has been to make them ‘the best wildlife photography hides possible‘.

Guests can sit quietly and watch the animals and birds come straight towards them while taking pictures from unique angles to create exceptional images.

Aimed at beginner/intermediate as well as advanced photographers.
